Message	RC's injectors are cleaned and flow balanced. The usual mode of failure on these injectors is electrical in nature, which is not addressed during their "rebuild" Basically it is a matter of "garbage in, garbage out". RC's injectors are only as good as the cores they start with. If the injectors are failing electically (as is usually the case), flow balancing and testing won't help.
